Crewin is global and that's why user's profile was designed to be simple and versatile. Your profile will be visible on all over the World , so you have chance to find job worldwide. You can share your profile with anyone. You can use it as regular application form or as a CV. You can export your profile to PDF and print it.

Why should I fill out my profile?

If you want to match efficiently and apply jobs on Crewin, your profile must be at least 60% full. and be an active user.
Once you fill out your profile you'll be able to apply for vacancies and be hired, as well as be visible on Job page.
And don't forget — we might offer you a job, but only if your profile is filled out.

How do I edit my profile?

Your profile consists of your profile picture and blocks. Feel free to explore each block that is editable.
If you want to edit a block just press Edit in the top right corner of that block. Yep, it's that simple.

How do I edit my profile picture?

Your profile picture can be any of your personal photos. You can use the same picture you are using in other social networks.
To change your profile picture, simply click on it and select Upload photo. Please note that you should crop your photo into a square and be sure it's at least 450x450px and JPG only.

What is an availability status?

Your availability status is here to notify employers whether you are available or not. Hover over it to see more details.

How do I export my profile?

You can export your profile to PDF to share it with employers.
To export your profile, simply press the Export to PDF button under your profile picture. You can export your profile as full profile which will include all blocks, or just a short version — CV which is best for offshore and passenger fleets.
You can also use custom export type, which will enable you to select what blocks of your profile you want to include in PDF.

How can I be hired?

There are two ways you can be hired:
Apply for a vacancy — this is the easiest and fastest way to be hired. Your application will be approved if you fit all of the requirements and/or pass an interview with a company.
Just wait — CreWin might contact you if there is an open position for you.

How do I hire seafarers?

There are two ways you can hire someone:
Post a vacancy — everyone who is interested can apply, you can interview the candidates and pick one that fits your needs.
Contact us — you can ask us to hire specific seafarer or find you one. Just send an email to support@crewin.orgwith a subject «I want to find a seafarer». We'll help you hire the right candidate for the job.

Send an email to support@crewin.org with a subject «I want to hire a seafarer» and a link to seafarer's profile.
Then CreWin will handle all of the agreements for a reasonable fee.

We charge only Companies for CV Packages and BullsEye CV Packages. Job Posting is totally free. If you want to examine your applicants, you need to purchase CV Packages or if you want to use our BullsEye Feature , you need to purchase BullsEye CV Package.
